- Customer database management
- Follow all relationships with Italian and foreign customers
- Takes charge of the offers and orders received and follows them until evasion /
shipment
- Takes charge of customer requests (for example requests for down payments, price
changes, discounts, etc.) by discussing with their own Manager or reference person
- Check / update orders based on the bills received from Uff. Technical
- Archives the practices through Adiuto software
- It takes care of the issuance of Offers, Orders, Transport Documents, Invoices
(division of activities)
- Management of repairs of intervention and claim
- Maintains relations with express couriers and shippers
- Management of import practices for incoming goods outside the EEC
- Management of temporary import practices
- Maintains relations with Agents and keeps accounts of Commissions
- Management of mandatory registers (EEC)
- Management of leasing, letters of credit, Belarusian customer contracts
- Exchange of the switchboard if necessary
- Reception, customer and guest registration

REQUISITI:

• Good knowledge of English and German (knowledge of other languages is appreciated -
• French, Russian, Spanish)
• Knowledge of Office Package (outlook, excel)
• Team work
• Relating with Customers / Agents
• Relate to other Departments (Warehouse, Production,Shipping)
